As our Finance Officer, you’ll handle daily financial transactions, provide front-line service, and support finance operations across the organisation, all while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a great customer experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations and reporting
- Support finance admin tasks and contribute to process improvements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

**About you**:

- Experience in accounts payable and customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound judgement and problem-solving with a data-driven mindset
- Good digital literacy and confidence using financial systems

**What we offer you**:

- A base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 (pro-rata), dependent on skills and experience + 12.5% superannuation.
- Permanent/part-time (Total 22.5 hours per week)
- Work pattern negotiable
