**About this opportunity**

The Finance Officer is responsible for financial functions to support both our approved provider offices and corporate offices, to ensure all Home Care Package (HCP) financial tasks are completed accurately and regulatory requirements are met.

Based in our Osborne Park office, this opportunity calls for someone with strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to effectively manage the financial aspects of the HCP program for our clients.

**In this role you will**:

- Processing payments and claims for government funded Home Care Packages
- Processing claims through the government aged care online service (PRODA)
- Update client held records to be in line with Services Australia records
- Preparation of HCP monthly client financial statements
- Reconcile client HCP accounts
- Processing payments on Ezidebit platform
- Liaising with clients regarding their accounts and any statement queries
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure the effective and efficient communication with clients about their HCP
- Ensure client invoices are prepared and distributed on a timely basis
- Processing entries in Netsuite

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a finance role
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- A connecting, skilled team player with an eye for operational excellence in a rapidly growing organization
- Strong communicator with a flexible approach
- Able to work collaboratively
