**About the company**

Are you an experienced Operations Manager? This is an opportunity to join our team based in Laverton North.

O F Resource Recovery (OFRR) is one of eight companies operating under our ASX listed company, Close the Loop Group. This business division is our recycling plant. OFRR performs an integral role in the process of diverting paper and cardboard waste from landfill and turning it into reusable commodities.

**The Role**

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager with a recycling and waste management-based experience to join our team, in running the daily functions of the business, with the objective to maximize efficiency and productivity whilst adhering to safety measures. This role is a permanent full-time position.

**Responsibilities**

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Managing the overall operations in the warehouse
- Enhancing the operational procedure and systems
- Ensuring effective and efficient operations
- Maintaining an effective team communication
- Loading and unloading trucks, when needed

**About You**
- You are proactive, well organized, and reliable
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have good communication skills
- You can problem solve
- You are able to work from 6am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday and overtime when required

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have the following:

- The ability to demonstrate good communication skills
- The ability to manage time efficiently
- The ability to manage a high workload
- The ability to delegate task and responsibilities
- A sound understanding of machinery
- A forklift license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LAVERTON NORTH, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
