We are looking for a Customer Delivery Operations Manager to join our team and grow our Business & Brand. Passion and motivated to work within a Growing International Business, based Locally in Laverton North Melbourne.

**About the role**
- Manage customer feedback and reviews
- Manage day to day logistic operations to achieve the highest levels of customer service
- Oversee registration operations - ensure the cars are acquired and registered in a timely manner
- Own the post sale and post delivery experience for our customers
- Successfully lead a team of 7-8 employees
- Act as an escalation point for the team and show ownership in resolving issues
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to proactively improve our service

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Automotive and using CRMs like Hubspot (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience leading a successful team
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational & problem solving skills
- High level attention to detail & ability to prioritise & multi task
- Previous logistic operations experience preferred
- Work well under pressure
