As the **Consultant - Digital Strategy & Transformation**, you will be joining the **Digital Strategy team**, and will:

- Synthesise findings to define recommendations and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations.
- Influence at senior levels through grounded and data driven insights and recommendations; leading with a point of view.
- Collaborate closely with Digital and other divisions to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB.
- Build and justify business cases for key strategic initiatives and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones across all levels of an organisation.
- The ability to analyse data and extract key insights, trends, and observations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence business outcomes and drive accountability by working with senior stakeholders.
- A switch on, growth mindset capable of learning quickly and able to form a point of view backed by insight and data.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
