As Investor Relations Analyst you will support the Head of Investor Relations, and executive team with all aspects of the investor relations program.
You will have experience or a strong interest in financial markets either as an analyst, investor relations professional, accountant or another role that has exposure to financial markets.
The role requires someone who is a strategic thinker with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude, happy to lead workstreams, with oversight and input from the Head of Investor Relations. You will join as a member of a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative and friendly team. We expect you will have a team player attitude.

- Supporting the Head of Investor Relations and executive team with all aspects of the annual investor relations program, including: result announcements, conference presentations, investor and analyst engagement and roadshows, industry research and monitoring peer announcements, Board reporting and Annual General Meetings.- Specifically, you will either be responsible for, or provide support for:
- Monitoring industry and peer news for the executive team.-
- Updating our internal consensus files and analysing analyst estimates.-
- Developing ASX releases including half year and full year result presentations, investor conference presentations, and quarterly announcements.-
- Drafting Q&A documents to help prepare management and/or the Board for investor questions.-
- Drafting speaking notes for the CEO, CFO and/or Chairman.-
- Coordinating roadshow meetings with investors and analysts.-
- Support the development of the Annual Report, including the verification process.-
- Monitoring market movements and intelligence gathering, as well as ad hoc research.-
- Drafting internal reports such as CFO Board report.-
- With the recent acquisition of Pendal Group, you would be required to provide support on a number of other ad hoc internal projects.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- The entry level education required to be eligible for this position is a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or similar.- A minimum of three years’ experience in financial markets either as an analyst, accountant, communications professional, or in-house investor relations role is preferred.- Excellent powerpoint and writing skills are essential.- Time management is essential, including ability to juggle multiple deadlines ability to multi task and progress work independently would be an asset.- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and concise manner would be an advantage.- Familiarity with ASX listing rules, continuous disclosure rules and a strong sense of ethics.- Exceptional attention to detail.
