Aurex Group is partnering with a top-tier Australian real estate Investment Manager with a strong presence in the Australian market that partner with HNW and Institutional capital. They are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager in Sydney on a Fixed Term Contract (8-12 months) responsible for fundraising, client onboarding and long-term client management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors across a number of their real estate products
- Creation and execution of equity raisings across the existing IFA network
- Creation and implementation of marketing plans for specific existing vehicles in consultation with fund managers and driving execution of these plans
- Management of the P&L for Funds Management business and cost recovery from existing funds
- Providing exceptional service to investors
- Answering queries and being main point of contact for existing investors across the platform on specific institutional products, or coordinating responses with Fund Manager/ Fund team
- Working closely with Fund Managers to create and implement marketing plans
- Liaising and coordination with Funds Marketing & Communications team to ensure relevant fund marketing material updated
- Coordination with Funds Marketing & Comms team to arrange investor events and asset tours
- Coordination of production marketing materials
- Project management and execution of equity raisings for institutional fund products
- Working closely with Distribution team to ensure investor leads for institutional products are followed up and responded to
- Investor liaison for prospective investors into existing products
- Maintaining an investor interest list for specific fund products
- Contributing to Fund Board papers to update investor relations activities
- Coordination and attendance at investor quarterly update meetings, investor roadshows and investor events
- Understanding investor sentiment and providing feedback to the broader business
- Continued cross-selling of products to existing investors
- Product Launch - Project manage the process for the launch/ongoing marketing of products; setting timelines and deliverables for all teams involved (Legal, Finance, Operational, CPMs and Portfolio Management)

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience within an investor relations or investment environment
- Experience dealing with Independent Financial Advisors and sophisticated HNW partners
- Demonstrated client focused approach to investment solutions and recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering a range of projects from conception
- Ability to communicate and effectively complete tasks with mínimal fuss
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
