With a focus on customer service and quality, they have been awarded many times over and continue to lead the way in modular buildings.

**About the Role**

This permanent full-time position will be based at the Head Office in Wacol and is responsible for co-ordinating equipment hire, with a focus on exceptional customer service. Duties include:

- Develop and maintain new and existing customer and supplier relationships.
- Maintain all hire records and documentation associated with equipment hire.
- Generate electronic hire contracts (using hire software).
- Co-ordinate equipment and plant hire processes, ensuring that customers receive equipment within set timeframes.
- Support transport planning and scheduling as required.
- Undertake associated administrative and reporting duties.

**About You**

A strong customer service focus is essential, together with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline drive environment. You will also need to demonstrate:

- Previous customer service/internal sales experience in a professional office environment.
- _Experience in equipment hire/hire contracts advantageous but not essential._
- Confidence learning and using new technology (including sound skills in MS Office).
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced customer service environment.
