As the HR Leader, you will leverage your comprehensive HR knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic mindset to shape our HR programs and policies. You will lead a high-performing HR team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to foster a positive and productive work environment.

HR Strategy and Consultation:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and data, while adhering to data privacy and protection regulations.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

Employee Relations:

- Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration and promote a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy revisions.
- Benefits and Compensation Analysis:

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits program and leave policies.
- Conduct compensation and salary benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Performance Management and Talent Development:

- Manage and oversee employee performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely and objective evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement succession planning strategies and talent development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:
**+ Whom We Are Looking For**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least five years experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is essential.
- As our HR Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing HR team. Your strong leadership and management skills will foster a positive and inclusive work environment, driving employee engagement and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and ensuring HR initiatives align with our organizational goals. APAC HR experience and Mandarin speaking are highly preferred.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset will enable you to leverage data and metrics to identify trends, develop HR initiatives, and measure their impact on organizational performance.
