For over 30 years, this non-profit has been growing consistently, initially formed as a local project. Their purpose is to provide personalised services, community connections, education and support for older people and their families.

An accomplished leader, you accept accountability and responsibility, stand behind your decisions, participate constructively with your teams, meet deadlines and remain calm and cooperative under pressure. Skilled in the preparation of well researched, articulate reports and submissions, your excellent communications abilities have earned you a fine reputation as a confident presenter, speaker and advocate.

Proven clinical leadership and governance, overseeing the management, coordination, delivery, and monitoring of client support services to meet all current legislative requirements.

Right now, the remit is not about growth - as such - but more about your proven capabilities to implement the Aged Care reforms to allow everyone - and everything - to stabilise and move forward smoothly.

As a key member of the team, you’ll be reporting to the Executive Director - leading the organisation changes and challenges implementing agreed plans to meet agreed outcomes. From this influential position, you will lead and manage the delivery of Aged Care, Community Services and Mental Health Services to clients across the southeast region.

So, it’s a complex role with enormous scope and responsibility. Leading and supporting the 5 Client Care Coordinators and the large team of passionate and dedicated support workers. As a self-starter embracing a flexible work environment, with the initiative to solve problems as they arise. You will be willing and motivated to “roll up your sleeves” and get on the front line frequently and taking ownership of staff and client challenges to see them resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
