Charter Care Services is a premium values-based registered NDIS service provider. We prioritize working closely with our participants as we assist them to enjoy their best lives possible in their own homes and communities.

Our teams provide support to NDIS participants across South-East Queensland 24/7 through individualised support service delivery including clinical and personal care, at-home support, community participation, and innovative activities.

We work with a broad spectrum of disabilities including spinal injuries, high-intensity support, and offer a range of SIL and SDA accommodation options.

Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an – Exceptional Service Delivery Manager.

This is a rare opportunity for you to shape your role and be generously rewarded on success when you showcase your considerable experience and skill across:

  1. Client service: Providing client-centric service within budget.
  2. Managing Teams: Building loyal, skilled, and committed multidisciplinary teams with capacity and capability.
  3. Operations: Identifying efficiencies, leading compliance and risk management improvements, managing budgets, relationships, and resources.
  4. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care sectors, combined with on-the-ground experience.
  5. Business Development: Building and delivering the Charter Care Service vision through innovative and relevant marketing initiatives.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within the NDIS sector (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans
  • Blue and Yellow cards
  • National Police Check (within six months)
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
