The Role
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Services Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine your clinical expertise and leadership skills to ensure we continue delivering safe, high-quality and coordinated care that meets the needs of our community and exceeds the Aged Care Quality Standards.

You'll lead and mentor a passionate team, drive quality and compliance, and nurture relationships with hospitals, medical centres, and referral partners to support growth. Importantly, you'll embody our values and be a role model for excellence, empathy, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor your team to deliver safe, high-quality home care services.

Provide clinical leadership and governance across our service.

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards through audits and continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with hospitals, GPs, and referral partners to support client growth.

Work as part of the senior leadership team to deliver on Jubilee's strategy and business goals.

Be hands-on when needed – stepping in with clients or staff to resolve challenges with empathy and professionalism.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical and management skills with a genuine passion for helping older Australians live their best lives.

You'll bring:

Management experience in aged care, with strong workforce planning and mentoring skills.

Demonstrated experience in assessment, planning, and delivery of aged care services.

Strong understanding of compliance and quality requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders.

A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to share in on-call duties.

Current driver's licence and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
