We are currently seeking a proactive and positive Clinic Administrator with a “can-do” attitude to join our friendly team in Strathpine, QLD. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to grow your administration skills in a supportive environment that values your passion, growth, and contribution.

**Your Role**:

- Full-time position - Monday to Friday
- Be the first point of contact for families seeking support
- Manage appointments for in-clinic and mobile therapists
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
- Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
- Ad-hoc admin duties

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Knowledge of NDIS funding and administrative processes (or similar)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with practice management software, Medicare, and EFTPOS (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to quality improvement
- Required compliance: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
