We are looking for a passionate and engaging **Allied Health Assistant** to join our team** **at Early Start Australia, Strathpine on a part-time OR casual basis.

**The opportunity**:

- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Support families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives
- Coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, as well as supporting families and therapists with administrative tasks
- Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports
- Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training and review.

**What do you need to join?**
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families
- No qualification is required, however experience with children and families is preferred (i.e childcare setting)
- Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community
- Compliance - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
