The role includes: - Full-Time – Monday to Friday, no weekends - First point of contact for families reaching out to our service - Managing in-clinic and mobile appointments for therapists - Collecting patient information, maintaining privacy, and data entry - Responding to inquiries via phone, web, and email - Building rapport with clients - Managing accounts receivable and invoicing, including NDIS claims - Supporting therapists with administrative tasks - General typing and computer work Qualifications and skills: - Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages - Strong customer service and communication skills - Experience with practice management software; Medicare and Eftpos experience is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word - A proactive approach to quality improvement - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Compliance requirements: Working with Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR, and First Aid Apply now: Join a growing organization committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
