This Executive Manager, HR opportunity has come about due to an internal movement within the People team. Reporting to the CPO Australia, this hugely important role is accountable for driving, supporting and embedding the Group HR strategy in Australia and New Zealand while delivering sustainable people results through partnering with the Senior Executive Team members. You will provide expert advice on a full range of HR initiatives and align people strategies to ensure achievement of our business goals. You will lead on Employee Relations (ER) matters to support senior leaders deliver resolution.

The People team works with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to be. The People team has ~30 team members and comprise of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

You have strong stakeholder management, influencing, change management, analytical and communication capabilities, that combine with your outstanding coaching and mentoring experience. You have an ability to deliver change outcomes, including process improvements, and are adaptable, service oriented, and collaborative to drive and deliver strong business outcomes. You like to work in a transformational environment.

You are a strategic thinker who has an HR Generalist background in a corporate environment, as well as strong project skills, from which you have driven and delivered key HR initiatives. You are commercially astute and have a strong track record of leading Employee Relations (ER) matters and supporting senior leaders.
