**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team in the Eastern Suburbs. Reporting to the Finance Team Manager, you will be working on all aspects of the payroll function for the Group, assisting staff with payroll related enquiries and maintaining accurate employee records. - Cross referencing all technicians timesheets with job photos & vehicle tracking
- Inputting technician and casual labour timesheets into internal systems
- Inputting technician and casual labour billables into internal systems
- Reporting to the Operations Manager of any inconsistencies in timesheets
- Payroll queries from internal staff and external agencies
- Assisting with site diary entries, inputting cost of products & equipment used by technicians onsite
- Assisting with travel/accommodation bookings

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Administration or Customer Service experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High levels of drive & energy
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent organisational & planning skills
- Eye for detail
- Problem solving & decision-making ability
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads
