**Business Background **:Immigration Services
- The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of office administration aspect of our offices. The Office Manager will oversee the work of administrative personnel and manage the administrative requirements including office supplies, workspace management, and occupational health and safety issues within the office space._

**Some of the key responsibilities are**:
Ø _Allocating human resources, space and equipment, whilst assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff;_

Ø _Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards in addition to coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision._

Ø _Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and that office equipment and supplies are maintained;_

Ø _Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures;_

Ø _Whilst liaising with colleagues to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems;_

Ø _Managing records and accounts of our three Offices._

**Skills / Experience / Required**

**(KEY COMPETENCIES, MUST HAVES)**:
A Diploma level equivalent or higher tertiary qualification and at least three years of relevant post-qualification employment experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sippy Downs, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- relevant post-qualification employment: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
