A great opportunity for a digital project office to join a busy and expanding Federal Government Agency for a 12 month temporary assignment.

**About the role**:

- Develop, maintain and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the Agency to facilitate the development and delivery of major project outputs
- Assist in leading and coordinating key projects through strategic administration and project management including liaising with external contractors
- Work alongside internal teams to deliver and embed a strategic framework
- Maintain and update the project plan and oversee the project budgets and resourcing
- Utilise reporting and performance metrics to review the impact of media, marketing and digital communications approaches, identifying areas for improvement
- Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to procurement, steering committee meeting Agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management

**About you**:

- You will have experience working on websites or supporting website redevelopment
- You will have experience working in a project management environment
- You will have a sound understanding of key website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, and web best practice
- You will have good stakeholder management skills
- You will have previously worked with performance metrics and undertaken data analysis

**Benefits**:

- Full time hours - Monday to Friday 7.5 hour per day
- $58.50 per hour + super
