This organisation is now seeking to appoint an impressive Accounts Team Leader to spearhead this function, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities will include but are no means limited to:
- Effective leadership of the finance team with appropriate commitment to development, support, productivity, performance management & continuous improvement;
- Processing of invoices, journaling, coding & associated activities;
- Debt recovery, board report preparation, credit limit, interest charges & payment term management;
- Payroll activities from payment of wages and benefits to EOY requirements, reporting, compliance & addressing employee enquiries;
- Preparing daily banking, receipting, allocation of payments & bank reconciliations;
- Investigating variances / discrepancies;
- Various reporting, analysis, project contribution & multi entity ownership;
- Assistance with New Zealand operations data entry & administration;
**SUCCESS PROFILE**
The successful applicant will identify with the aforementioned criteria and be able to validate with references (at the appropriate point) to an exceptionally developed analytical, autonomous and detail orientated skillset. You will inherently be able to communicate with various stakeholders both cross functionally and externally with ease and demonstrate aptitude performing effectively in complex, high-volume accounts functions previously.
Previous exposure to ERP systems teamed with intermediate to advanced capability utilising Microsoft Excel, management of large data sets and and leverage off your outstanding time management and organisational skills to succeed in this position.
