We are seeking an Administrator to provide support to our Finance team (predominantly within Accounts Payable) and also provide administrative support to our Procurement team.

You will have excellent attention to detail, love Excel, learning new systems and enjoy providing great service to internal and external queries.

If you have an interest in a career in Finance, this role is a great place to start. You'll get great exposure to AP, and Procurement, you'll join an experienced Finance team who are more than happy to take the time to train and develop your skills.

Based in our corporate office in Brisbane, you will join a team with a great reputation and get the chance to work with a wide range of people in the organisation who all appreciate the work you do - plus you get the chance to develop your finance and administrative skills and travel to our operations to see how things tick.

**About the role**:
As the Accounts Administrator** **you will**:

- Invoice entry, processing of reimbursements and credit card transactions in a timely manner
- Process domestic and international supplier payments
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement team in relation database maintenance
- Scan and filing of documentation including invoices, statements and supplier data
- Responding to queries from team members and suppliers; and
- Assist the finance and procurement teams with ad hoc tasks as required.

**You will bring**:

- Sound administrative skills - Accounts Payable experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- Positive attitude and problem-solving initiative - we love problem solvers
- Ability to work autonomously and as an engaged team member
- Well-developed communication skills as you will engage with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with MS Excel
