**About Hawker Hall**:
Housed in an historic turn-of-the-century horse stable, Hawker Hall is our representation of a food and beer hall that takes its inspiration from the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia. Hawker Hall’s food is inspired by the vibrant street-food culture of Malaysia, Singapore and other South East Asian countries. Potent curries, fresh noodles, crazy stir-fries, soft buns and lots of spice will deliver the richness, variety and fun of eating in a true hawker market.

**About the Opportunity**:
Hawker Hall is looking for experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic FOH family. The successful applicant will have a Supervisory /Management experience in a fast paced working environment.

**Main Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service at all times
- Ensure supervisors on duty are monitoring guest services, in line with the appropriate sequence of service
- Review, provide feedback to the Venue manager as well as coaching and feedback to FOH crew & supervisors
- Manage rosters, complete shift reports, daily opening and closing procedures as needed
- Manage FOH crew breaks, conduct briefings, prepare run sheets & ensure detailed handover process is taken
- Recruit, mentor, train & develop crew members within your team
- Other ad hoc, health & safety responsibilities

**Experience, Skills & Attributes**:

- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager within a fast paced restaurant
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in the effective running of the floor
- Passion for delivering outstanding service for all guests
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- RSA certificate
