**About the Opportunity**:
Hawker Hall is looking for experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic FOH family. The successful applicant will have a Supervisory /Management experience in a fast paced working environment.
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor or Assistant Manager within a fast paced, premium restaurant
- Experience in running events advantageous but not essential
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in the effective running of the floor
- Passion for delivering outstanding service for all guests
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- RSA certificate
