**About the Opportunity**:
Work closely with the Events, Sales and Marketing department to ensure the smooth delivery of all events within your portfolio of venues. Assist the Event Supervisor(s) and any service staff assisting with events on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for confirming all event detail with guests, ensuring information is communicated to the relevant departments for the successful execution of each event. Continue to grow & build relationship with key business & industry contacts.
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential
- Exceptional guest service skills and passion for delivering best-in-class experiences
- Experience with reservation systems such as Seven Rooms or similar, Tripleseat and H&L is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing/organising events
- In depth knowledge and understanding of functions and events
- Effective problem solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication is crucial
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people both internally and externally
- Relevant qualification is advantageous
