**About the Opportunity**:

- Demonstrated management experience in a high energy dining environment
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate

The colourful and high energy Yakimono joined the LUCAS family in late 2021 in the newly developed 80 Collins precinct, next to the two Hat Society Restaurant.
