About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at Yakimono. You will be passionate about hospitality and providing guests with an exceptional experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Bar Manager in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
- Experience with ordering and stocktake
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate

About Yakimono:
A creative tribute to the corruptible side of Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD. The colourful and high energy Yakimono joined the LUCAS family in late 2021 in the newly developed 80 Collins precinct, next to the two Hat Society Restaurant.
