SSAM Korean BBQ Restaurant in CBD Melbourne is on the lookout for passionate

and dedicated individuals to become part of our dynamic team. We currently have

openings for on hall staff, one manager, and one supervisor.

Fulltime/Part-time Hall Staffs:

- Pay Rate:

- Start at: $25 per hour
- General Responsibilities for Hall Staff:

- Maintain the food bar for a clean and inviting presentation.
- Ensure tables are promptly cleaned, providing a pleasant dining

experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining

experience.

1 Full-time Manager:

- Annual Package: $65,000 - $70,000
- Responsibilities:

- Conduct staff training
- Manage stock orders.
- Assist the manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to speak Korean is an advantage
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes

1 Full-time Supervisor:

- Annual Salary: $55,000-60,000
- Responsibilities:

- Oversee and support hall staffs.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standards.
- Manage customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Requirements:

- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
- Familiarity with employee scheduling and labor cost management
- Ability to speak Korean is an advantage

Qualifications for All Positions:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
