Reporting to the Residential Relationship Manager, this role is responsible for providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and admissions into mecwacare’s growing number of residential aged care facilities. Furthermore, this role is responsible for ensuring residential facilities are presented and promoted at their optimum in a manner to raise the profile of mecwacare residential services to communities ensuring mecwacare is referred to as a service of choice.

In this role you will provide advice and support to potential clients and their families, ensuring timely and appropriate placement into a care home. You will, moreover, work closely with Facility Managers and key staff to ensure all aspects of promoting facilities to prospective residents and their families is coordinated and on message including bookings, tours and post visit discussions.

Successful completion of these objectives will result in full occupancy or service targets with mínimal delays and will drive business growth and development through networking and relationship building with hospitals and referring agents of Residential and Home Care services to create a stream of referrals to our services.

**What you bring***:

- Proven ability in lead generation and converting enquiries into placements in a timely manner
- High-level communication and customer service skills and the aptitude to build relationships Experience in having financial conversations with potential clients
- Stakeholder management skills with proven ability to negotiate
- The ability to self-motivate and a proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience and physical capacity to perform the work required
- Demonstrated use of tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality at all times and adherence to working within personal and professional boundaries in a multicultural environment
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
