**_ Use your exceptional project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills to support the implementation of business projects, solutions, systems and initiatives that improve business performance and outcomes for our staff and consumers._**

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Business Projects team and provide a key support function for Project Managers and cross-functional project teams. The Project Coordinator facilitates/supports project and solution implementation activities including data analysis, reviews, process mapping, procedure development, reporting, systems implementation/refinement, use case testing and systems training and evaluation.

**What you bring**:

- Project Management/Process improvement qualification/certification
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing/supporting multiple inflight projects/initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement/relationship management skills
- High level report/submission writing skills
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working within the aged, community and/or disability sectors and/or skills in Microsoft Project, Power BI and/or SharePoint are highly regarded.
