**Your New Role**

As the Project Coordinator you will be part of a dedicated in-house team. With a thirst for collaboration you will enjoy working in a constructive and supportive environment, utilising your skills to deliver our pipeline of new centres and expansions of existing properties and mixed use developments.

Working to tight timelines, the role is suited to someone that loves to be challenged and enjoys seeing a project work through the initial acquisition stage all the way through to supporting the team to project completion.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Ability to work closely with builders external consultants and internal team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail with Project Administration and Reporting.
- High level of communication skills and ability to liaise with multi-stakeholders.
- Showcase strong planning and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional time management whilst juggling competing priorities.
- Ability to provide support to the property development team in delivering projects to completion to all areas of the business
