**The Role: Sales Support Member** In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our growth. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, from Account Managers to the Project Management Team and External Customers, to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be providing essential administrative support, but the sky's the limit when it comes to your potential in our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Project Management Team to facilitate project success.
- Offer top-notch administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
- Foster strong relationships with external customers, providing exceptional service.
- Embrace self-motivation and demonstrate the commitment to grow into a Sales Representative role.
- Adapt to new challenges and opportunities as our business evolves.

**Location**: Our office is located in the Arndell Park area, offering a dynamic and accessible workplace.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary of $75,000.
- A clear path for growth into a Sales Representative role with the potential to earn $100,000.
- Car allowance for when you transition into the Sales Representative role.

**Requirements**:

- Strong self-drive and a hunger for personal and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior administrative or customer support experience is a plus.
