**Company Overview**
Asset Management Engineers (AME) is a leading provider of asset management, inspection, testing and training services to the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. AME assist our clients in meeting regulatory requirements for their plant and equipment.
**Position Summary**
The **Project Administrator** plays a key role in coordinating and supporting project activities related to asset inspections, testing, auditing and delivery of compliance solutions. Reporting to the Asset Inspections Manager, this role ensures efficient documentation, scheduling, client communication, and compliance with industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**: Support in coordinating project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects across multiple client sites.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records and files for each project, including quotes, project scopes, key client communications, and project deliverables.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a key contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing project updates and addressing queries.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist in project budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring alignment with project budgets and financial goals.
- **Data Entry and Database Management**: Accurately input project data into AME’s management systems, maintaining up-to-date project information for reporting and compliance purposes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively contribute to improving project administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education**: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination, ideally in the engineering or construction sectors.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
**Additional Information**
- **Location of Work**: This role is based in Perth, WA, with potential travel to client sites within the region.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
