**About the Role**
Working closely with our Roshana Head Office team, this position is responsible for providing reception duties, administrative and project support for the Roshana Care Group Team.
The functions of this position include the provision of administrative support and management of information. Daily activities include organizing and booking resources, answering phones, ensuring and supporting the effective flow of information and activities within Roshana Care Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- General administration support
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Mail collection and distribution
- Maintaining a high level of presentation of our boardroom, work areas and kitchen
**Desired skills, Attributes and Experience**
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Experience with MC Office Suite
