- Welshpool based working Monday to Friday | Free Parking | Brand New Offices
- A minimum of two years Recruitment / HR / Administration Experience Required
Collar Group has been retained by one of our National Key Accounts to source two internal recruiters to join their thriving electrical contracting business.
You will play an integral part of their recruitment, mobilisation, onboarding, compliance and administration for a variety of projects located throughout Australia.
No one day will be the same as you join a high performing team who enjoy a friendly and down to earth working environment with no micro management and everyone is treated as an equal.

Delivering a broad range of Recruitment, Mobilisation, HR and administrative tasks including but (not limited to)
- Coordinating recruitment processes including on boarding and exiting procedures
- Preparing employment contracts, variation of contracts and letters
- Booking medicals and mine site clearances
- Organising training and conducting general inductions
- Other ad-hoc duties as required along with general administration duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and answering the phones
