Quotation Specialist, Mill Lining

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for supporting the sales for all Mill Lining Product group, providing quotation, costing, recommended sales price, graphic representations, and contract details
- Analyse the best source within the Commercial demand and supply control team.
- Participate in/perform/create:

- Evaluation of input for quotations and design (info, data and drawings)
- All types of quotations (new, repeat, OEM, budget and firm)
- Review contract details together with the Long-Term Agreements Specialist.
- Prepares freight estimations together with logistics teams
- Review pricing in collaboration with Pricing Governance role and product groups
- Facilitate successful value co-creation with the stakeholder by analysing historical costing and pricing data, while also acquiring current costing and lead-time information from the supply chain.
- Ensure profitability of sales cases and the business segment.
- Support supply chain in matters regarding product data quality
- Using new and historical information from our tools and systems to ensure that our offerings are consistent and profitable
- Use and maintain relevant ML support software.
- Be aware of and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment standards in accordance with internal documentation, legal requirements and requirements of the Organization.
- Regarding the tasks in which you are involved, comply with the procedures that imply the accreditation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and Ch3262 Standards (Gender equality and reconciliation of work, family and life, staff).

- Competent in using required software effectively.
- Understands existing and future customer needs, objectives, and market requirements.
- Possesses strong communication, cooperation, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage internal interfaces.
- Capable of building strong long-term relationships internally and externally through dedication, service-mindedness, and expertise.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
