The Role
Warrikal is seeking a
Specialist Manager Crushers and Screens
with deep expertise in
c
omminution, including milling, grinding, crushing, and screening, to lead high-performing teams across shutdowns, maintenance, and project works. This pivotal leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of specialist mechanical services aligned with Warrikal's values and operational standards.

You will be responsible for driving performance, productivity, and employee engagement while overseeing technical execution across multiple sites. Your strong background in mineral processing and precision mechanical work will be key to meeting client expectations and contractual obligations.

About You
You are a seasoned technical professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience in comminution and mineral processing, particularly in crushing, grinding, milling, and screening operations. Section 26 and trade qualified, you've led major shutdowns and projects in challenging environments—remote, hot, and cyclonic.

Your leadership style is proactive and collaborative, with a strong safety mindset and a deep understanding of mining machinery and plant operations. You bring excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage teams and technical delivery in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a strong safety and environmental culture
  • Plan and resource shutdowns to meet client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and procedural documentation
  • Act as the main client contact for specialist mechanical services
  • Provide technical support, training, and incident management
  • Oversee safe, timely, and compliant shutdown execution
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial close-outs
  • Support team development, performance, and succession planning
