One of the most respected Men’s fashion brands - founded in Australia is searching for their next Assistant Boutique Manager to join the team in Perth. Considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion, Their teams are genuine, and knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.

We are looking for people who have a love of fashion and styling, people who are addicted to customers and understand what customer relationship management is all about.

**About You**:
You have a sense of confidence and style - your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams.
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
