**Role**:
In this role you will:

- Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Brisbane
- Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
- Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
- Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas
- Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments
- Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software

**Requirements**:

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
- Must have vehicle and full drivers license. (mandatory)
