As a Field Support Technician, you will provide hands on support and guidance to clinic staff and doctors across the Brisbane region. Your role will be responsible for ensuring internal stakeholders have a stable and functioning workstation environment that allows them to deliver positive outcomes to patients, referrers and the community.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8am to 6pm.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Procure, install, maintain, diagnose, repair and upgrade desktops, workstations and laptops as required
- Assist with hardware and software rollouts across the region
- Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for resolution of issue including but not limited to PC, firewall, operating system, or network issues
- Ensure all work carried out is consistent with I-MED's IT standards and policies, including security, quality, procurement and SOE

**Key selection criteria**:

- At least 2 years' experience in an IT Support position
- Solid communication skills and ability to build rapport with people in all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary support, customer service to end users
- Experience in working within a healthcare environment preferred

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
I-MED has a policy which requires all I-MED staff to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 unless they have a valid medical exemption, however each state may have applicable Public Health Orders with additional requirements, and this will be discussed during the interview process.
