The purpose of this role is to ensure an efficient flow (within the Woolworths Systems) of work from SAP to WMS to Vocollect to provide a finished product for the DC Operations team.

This role is responsible for mapping out the flow of work throughout the DC. This is to ensure that the order selection teams have continuity of work and the allocation of store orders in the dispatch plan.

**Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (4 days) 3am-1pm
**Role Responsibilities:
- Daily usage of WMS, TACTICS, SAP and Excel programs for order flow
- Allocation of loads to ensure the efficient use of floor space
- Conduct routine reviews to ensure effectiveness of executed plans
- Deliver high quality work while adhering to procedures and making sure consistent standardising responsibilities are conducted including dealing with escalations.
- Consistency look for ways to improve work processes with a 360 degree of workflow within the DC
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders by building lasting working relationships
- Work independently and assist the team in realising the team’s ambition by sharing knowledge and best practice
