ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST - Full Time

We are currently looking for an Administration Specialist to support to our claims team based in the Sydney area.

Primary Purpose of the role
- Actively and proactively manage a number of inbox’s meeting SLA timeframes for lodgments, new correspondence and general queries
- Lodge new claims over the phone
- Answering inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Financial duties surrounding raising supplier payments, claim payments management of all Loss Funds and regular bank visits to deposit cheques as required
- High level data entry into claims and management systems, where all available data is entered at the time of lodgment
- Provide high level customer service to customers and clients
- Preparation of claim files for fellow staff members as required
- Manage team workflow of new claims - assigning first file reviews
- Action and manage incoming correspondence in various forms
- Raise payments and complete sanctions checks for multiple claims from the client’s Loss Fund
- Scan in mail for claim files
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and supporting colleagues where required
- Assisting claims teams with workflow during busy periods
