TTI is currently seeking a WMS Specialist to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Team Leader, your key duties will include:
Ø Create a safe working environment for yourself and others

Ø Follow and maintain TTI company policies and procedures within your team

Ø Ensure all orders, are maintained in the work bank for pick and despatch, in line with the agreed workflow and lead times to achieve a high level of customer experience

Ø Ensure that the team members are allocated effectively in to work groups; WMS Team ID’s to achieve consistent cost-effective workflow and can maintain KPI’s

Ø Follow the agreed system processes and procedures alongside customer Business Unit; BU, Service Level Agreements; SLA’s

Ø Prioritise work within the agreed timelines as directed by the leadership

Ø Ability to analyse and review at the first level workflow that may be falling behind and escalate to the leading team issues and concerns for review

Ø Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the Leading Hands and Team Leaders to direct their teams to close out despatch, observing:

- Partial Picks
- Inventory Held Order Issues

Ø Understand Chain of Responsibility; CoR and how our operations need to support this.
- DG segregation

Ø Carry out all duties as directed by the Warehouse management team

Ø Ability to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines

Skills and experience required:
Ø Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment

Ø Previous experience of Voice Pick or RF equipment use

Ø Proven Intermediate PC skills

Ø Ability to use Microsoft Office; Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word

Ø Experiencing working with a warehouse management system driving pick, despatch
