**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with electrical catering equipment, performing maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment (or similar) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Current driver’s license and proficiency with computers are essential.

**Licensing Requirements**:

- Full Electrical Worker or Restricted Electrical License.
- And/or Full Gas Fitting (advantageous)
- Current Driver’s License.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency with computers is required.
- Specific training will be provided for other aspects of the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Service Technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Electrical Licence (preferred)
- Gas License (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
