Currently, the group is aiming to establish a new branch in Australia to further expand our services globally.

We are looking for a self-motivated Land Economist/Asset Manager on a full time basis to assist in establishing our brand-new branch in Australia.

**About You**:
We are looking for a full time Land Economist/Asset Manager that will oversee providing advice regarding the administration and use of land and other properties, as well as assessing the value of commercial equipment and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing allocated client accounts and maintain active communication with stakeholders.
- Managing all allocated commercial property developments and land and property portfolios.
- Providing advice on issues related to land and property financing and valuation.
- Conducting research, feasibility studies and advise on the administration and use of land and property.
- Creating and implementing sales and leasing proposals for commercial real estate.
- Offering asset management services for the usage and management of real estate.
- Determining values by considering aspects such as market demand, item condition, and anticipated future trends and submitting written assessments.
- Preparing economic reports and recommendations related to goals and objectives for each portfolio.
- Profiting maximization and maintaining and analysing all asset inventories.
- Analysing portfolio to identify changes and irregularities that may have negative impact on the client asset accounts.
- Reporting on finances, and budget forecasting.
- Implement, negotiate and monitor asset programs
- Resolving valuation disputes through mediation, and delivering rental determinations for arbitration if necessary.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Relevant qualifications
- at least 2 years relevant working experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
