To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of an IT Systems & Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team.

**What you’ll do at HammerTech**

You will also be responsible for leading efforts to ensure HammerTech’s attainment and maintenance of the various compliance, accreditation and governance standards that are mission critical elements to HammerTech.

By effectively managing these functions, you’ll facilitate seamless integration, optimise for operational efficiency, and empower teams to harness technology for organisational growth and competitiveness.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage hardware procurement, deployment, and maintenance
- Lead the attainment and maintenance of HammerTech’s responsibilities under International governance and accreditation standards like ISO9001, ISO27001 and SOC2.
- Lead initiatives to optimise IT processes and streamline workflows, as appropriate
- Implement best practices across the organisation and enhance operational efficiency, as appropriate
- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and protocols, in collaboration with Technology & Corporate Services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threatsOther duties as required from time to time

With your help as IT Systems & Enablement Manager, we’ll help construction build safer, smarter, better— _together.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role (Lead/Head of/Manager)
- Minimum 7+ Years in IT Systems role(s)
- Experience within Enterprise/Cloud-Based Software
- Strong understanding of IT interoperability standards such as SCIM, SAML and deploying SSO
- Solid Automation skills in at leash one scripting language (Powershell, Bash, Python)
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Platform/Ecosystem including Intune, Onedrive, Defender, Office, Sharepoint, EntraID
- Understanding of IT security models including zero trust, RBAC and practical implications
- Strong, analytical problem-solving skills with a positive can-do attitude
- Proactiveness, initiative and a self-starter mindset
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet agreed targets and timelinesCapacity to work effectively as part of a team

- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience working in or with a SOC (Security Operations Centre)Experience with MacOS administration
