We are looking for someone to work alongside our team of dedicated professionals in our fast paced and dynamic environment - someone who will grow with us, as we continue to develop our organisation.
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Helpdesk & Systems Support Officer with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a newly created role offering a diverse career development path, on the job training and a strong team environment.
The position entails:
- Prioritising jobs and dealing with initial customer support requests.
- Remote support for workstations, servers, and cloud environments.
- Daily monitoring of our customer’s infrastructure, with maintenance performed as required.
- Preparing new equipment for on-site deployment.
- Updating technical documentation.
You will be utilising best practice technologies to deliver IT support to new and existing customers. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to work in such a varied role.
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills:
- Some experience with Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools and Ticketing Systems.
- Experience in all current Microsoft and Apple desktop operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365.
