**About the Employer/Role**
You will be joining a global Franchise who has been established in Australia for more than 30 years. If you love to achieve your personal best, then this is the environment to work in. This role is a mixture of Telemarketing and Appointment Setting, there is no sales involved. You will be contacting past clients and booking appointments and looking for new clients. The sales is done by the BDMs but you benefit

**Duties**
- Speak to past clients and attract new ones
- Cold Calling (warm leads and lead generation)
- Set appointments for the Sales Team
- Update the CRM system

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous exp in a Telemarketing/Appointment Setting or Customer Service role will suit
- A bright and bubbly personality
- Clear and concise English skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- A passion to earn good $$$
