Appointment Scheduling Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves running multi-channel outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B appointment-setting experience, confident phone skills, and hands-on experience with HubSpot and Sales Nav.
This is a part-time opportunity that requires working live during AEST business hours. You will be rewarded with flexible hybrid setup, direct mentorship from senior GTM operators, and exposure to cutting-edge outbound methods.
To succeed in this role, you must be an A-Player who is obsessed with meeting quota, learning, growing, and succeeding. You should also have great character, work well with others, and add to the culture of excellence that exists.
You will be responsible for:
- Running multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with our lists
- Qualifying prospects against clear ICP criteria and booking meetings via Calendly/HubSpot
- Sending reminders, rescheduling no-shows, and maintaining clean CRM notes
- Sharing quick insights on reply rates and objections so we can refine messaging

Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B appointment-setting experience
- Confident phone skills and crisp written copy
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Sales Nav, Instantly (or similar)
- Able to work live during AEST business hours
