**Duties**
You will be generating leads, following up, updating the CRM software, setting appointments and working closely with the Sales Team. You are a people person who is confident and loves building rapport and is capable of facilitating the sale of commercial cleaning services. You love to chat and being challenged.

**Skills and Experience**
- Pleasant telephone manner & communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
- Computer savvy
- Confident cold calling
