Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced appointment setter to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in B2B appointment-setting or SDR success, with a strong track record of qualifying prospects and booking meetings. They will be confident on the phone and able to work live during AEST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with Instantly + Clay lists
- Qualify prospects against clear ICP criteria and book meetings via Calendly/HubSpot
- Send reminders, reschedule no-shows, and maintain clean CRM notes
- Share quick insights on reply rates and objections so we can refine messaging
Requirements:
- 2+ years' B2B appointment-setting / SDR success (agency or SaaS a plus)
- Confident phone skills and crisp written copy
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Sales Nav, Instantly (or similar)
- Able to work live during AEST business hours; Melbourne based with Australian work rights
